The Elephant Project creates awareness and tangible change every day. Through our organizational ambitions, 100% of net proceeds go directly to elephant conservation. Through our work, we have been able to forge meaningful partnerships with leading sanctuaries like the Elephant Nature Park (ENP) in northern Thailand.
The Elephant Nature Park was founded by "Lek" Chailert, Time Magazine's 2005 Asian Hero of the Year, and a true hero and defender of elephants in Asia. Our efforts have helped foster the rescue of dozens of elephants—many previously subjected to decades of exploitation in logging and tourism. These elephants are now able to live a beautiful life as nature intended with other rescued elephants in Northern Thailand.
With continued efforts, our organization can reimagine the next generation of elephants, who are shown kindness and compassion. Beyond direct action to sanctuaries like ENP, we've amplified our message through appearances on podcasts and TEDTalks, sharing critical stories that often go unreported in mainstream media. By partnering with every.org, we have encouraged donations across the country, ensuring that every dollar contributes to our mission. However, there are still around 15,000 endangered elephants living in captivity in Asia alone. We need your help in amplifying our efforts.
The Elephant Project has become a staple for my community. We have rallied community members from elementary age to our university in efforts of creating a team of volunteers and advocates. It has been my mission to cultivate a society of changemakers. By bringing together diverse voices—from young environmental enthusiasts to experienced educators and community leaders—we've built a movement that extends far beyond our local borders.
We are so grateful for our platform and have expanded our voices to help endangered lions in captivity and dogs that are suffering from neglect and abuse in shelters in the United States and abroad. By donating to SAVEUS we will continue our fight to be the voice for the voiceless and support organizations globally who are working tirelessly to make a difference.
Thank you for your consideration in joining us to transform the world one elephant at a time.
With Gratitude, Kristina
